Comprehensive Planning & Community Outreach
GCR’s approach to comprehensive planning is interdisciplinary, combining experience in land use planning with geospatial analysis, web-based communication and community outreach. By translating physical features and zoning practices into user-friendly maps and interactive web interfaces, we have improved the participatory process of long-range planning. GCR designs viable plans that synthesize the diverse goals and strategies of each community. We have the knowledge to serve confidently as project manager, facilitator, and the point of contact for the public.
