Recovery Project Management Programs

GCR has provided many clients over the years with systems and applications used to manage large-scale infrastructure programs.  Following Katrina, many clients wanted to use our systems to manage the myriad recovery projects they were facing.  GCR implemented its Project Management Programs for recovery projects for clients including:
